Every purchase made through Evolve Resale is covered. Your payment stays with us until you have the item in hand and everything checks out.
Refund policy
You can get a refund when one of these applies:
Never shipped or lost in transit
The seller missed the shipping deadline, or the carrier can't account for your parcel.
Arrives damaged
Something broke, tore or stopped working between the seller's door and yours.
Significantly not as described
Wrong item, wrong size, undisclosed defects, or a condition far worse than the listing said.
You have 2 days to report a problem
The clock starts when you're notified the item was delivered — and it still applies if the item never arrived at all. Open the order and tap Report a problem. If nothing is reported in that time, the order completes automatically.
Unless you and the seller agree otherwise, the buyer pays to post an item back. Once we approve a return, send it in the same condition it arrived. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Secure transactions
Your money is held securely for the whole transaction. It isn't released to the seller until you confirm the order arrived and matches the listing, or until the protection window ends with no problem reported.
Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment partner, so your card details travel safely and are never stored on Evolve Resale. The seller never sees your payment information — only your name, delivery address and the message you choose to send.
Sandbox mode — no real money moves
Live card payments aren't switched on yet, so checkout runs in a clearly labelled sandbox: nothing is charged to a card and no money is paid out.
Our support
Something not right with an order, a listing or a message? Tell us what happened and we'll help — you don't need to sort it out alone. Include your order number so we can find it straight away.
Prefer to keep it in the app? Message the other person from the order page — everything you send is saved with the order, which helps if a dispute is opened later.
